We are able to repair fridges or freezers that are still within the manufacturer's warranty period. To ensure that the repair is covered under warranty, please reach out to the manufacturer directly and request a work order that verifies warranty coverage and authorization. Once we obtain the valid work order, we will move forward with the warranty repair.
If you would rather proceed without obtaining a manufacturer's work order, we are pleased to repair your fridge or freezer for a fee. Regardless of the option you choose, our repairs will not invalidate your manufacturer's warranty as long as they are completed in accordance with the manufacturer's repair standards.
